Admission Policy

    The admission committee considers applications when all necessary documents have been received. Applicants are notified promptly of the decision for either admissions or non-acceptance. The committee will not consider any incomplete applications. The required age for admission to Pre-Kinder is 4 years by September 30th and for kindergarten students is 5 years by September 30th.
Application Process
      • Application Form filled at the School Office.
      • Birth Certificate (original and copy). You will present the original with the copy for verification.
      • Medical Record.
      • School Transcript.
      • Social Security Card (original). The school will just use the last four digits.
      • Original Certificate of Immunization (green paper).
      • Oral Certificate for Kinder, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th Grade.
      • Two pictures 2 x 2.
      • Two letters of Recommendation from the homeroom teacher and principal of school presently enrolled.
      • Copy of both parents valid ID.
      • Personal interview with applicant and parents or guardians.
      • Recent psychometric exam performed by a licensed psychologist. The WPPSI for Pre-Kinder and appropriated WISC-R, WISC-PR, WISC-III or WISC depending on the age of the student. This exam will be required for all students from pre-kinder to third grade.
      • Students from 4th to 8th grade that have a psychometric exam or recommendation letter must hand the document.
      • 2.75 or more grade point average for students from 1st to 8th grade.
